To sell our house in Bethlehem, Joe worked with three owners spread literally across the country—in New York, Austin and Los Angeles—and managed to assist us with good humor and patience.

Despite a very tough market environment, he made us feel like we were his most important clients, and that no request was too difficult or trivial. What’s more, he good-naturedly acted as our local representative in Bethlehem. Without complaint he met various contractors and movers at the house to let them in, and he even communicated instructions to them. Throughout the process he kept in mind our budget and gave us several wonderful referrals to service providers who kept our costs down.

Joe Finnerty is Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!   My husband and I sold our house in Delaware back in December,  we had to not only find, buy, love and close on a new house but we had to do it in less than 30 days.  We spoke to Joe, told him what we wanted and needed, he assured us that we would not only find a house (even if that means going out every night until eight o'clock) but we would find a house that we would love.  Joe kept repeating "don't worry" it will all work out "that's why I'm here".  My husband and I found the most perfect house and closed on it 1/31/2008 everything went so smooth. 

Buying a house is a very emotional and stressful time , the last thing you need to be concerned about is if your agent has your best interest at heart. Having Joe as our agent took all of our fears away.
