 As a Lehigh Valley Home Owner plus a father of three children Joe is aware of how daily events affect each of our lives. If you throw in the mix of buying or selling a home, your life can be thrown into a turmoil.
The Real Estate Market is continuously evolving and much more information is available to the public. Even so, much of the process and emotions when buying or selling a home are still the same.
Joe remembers buying his first home and then selling it a few years later to purchase a larger one. "It was one of the most stressful times in my life and I was continuously worried that my family and I would end up homeless." says Joe.
Luckily, everything went smoothly but the conflicting emotions involved in buying/selling/moving have remained with Joe.
Before joining Prudential Patt, White Real Estate, Joe was formerly with Long & Foster Real Estate and was Relocation and eBusiness Certified plus a member of the Long & Foster Chairman's Club and the Long & Foster Gold Team. Joe is also E-PRO® Certified.
Joe is a primary member of the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS® (Lehigh/Northampton Counties) but also belongs to the surrounding boards as an MLS member (Berks/Bucks/Montgomery Counties and Carbon/Monroe Counties).
Laura Stivala
 Laura Stivala is proud to be part of the Joe Finnerty Team at Prudential Patt, White and is excited to bring her years of Real Estate experience and Home Staging expertise to the Lehigh Valley. Joe and Laura have teamed up to bring their clients excellence in customer service and complimentary home staging to all of their listings and marketing advantages equal to no other Realtor in the Lehigh Valley.
Laura brings with her many years of experience in many facets of the Real Estate industry as well as her education and background in Interior Design. She began her career in Real Estate as a Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey. Moving onto the Relocation aspect of the Real Estate industry holding positions as a Relocation Counselor and later Director of Relocation Services. Laura is now a PA licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Prudential, Patt White Real Estate. She also holds her NJ license.
She moved to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2004 with her husband and two young sons. Uniting both her Interior Design background and Real Estate experience, she holds her designation as an Accredited Staging Professional “ASP” and offers professional, complimentary Home Staging to all of the Joe Finnerty Teams’ listings.
Laura is a licensed REALTOR in PA and NJ. She also holds her designation as an Accredited Staging Professional “ASP”.
